E-Commerce/Transactional Sites Propel Citizen Satisfaction Upward in Q2 2007

Citizen satisfaction with federal government websites overall rose slightly this quarter to a score of 73.7. While the overall increase is small, satisfaction with websites offering transactional and e-commerce capabilities rose significantly: by 3.5% from last quarter.
