ForeSee has been based in Ann Arbor, Michigan since its founding in 2001 and has quickly grown from a small start-up to a mid-sized company with nearly 300 employees working from the Ann Arbor home office and other locations across the globe. ForeSee is proud to be a Michigan-based company with a client roster that includes half of the Fortune 100, 30 of the top 100 retailers, and 6 of the top 10 banks.

ForeSee has a transparent company culture that includes an open office environment, quarterly all-staff update meetings, an employee suggestion box, and an extensive company orientation and comprehensive training for all new employees.

Work Environment

ForeSee offers a fun and friendly work environment with a passionate and dynamic staff. Our Ann Arbor office boasts an on-site workout facility, on-site yoga and Weight Watchers programs, a company lounge, collaborative workspaces, Starbucks coffee, Bagel Thursdays, food truck visits on Fridays during the summer months, ping pong, air-hockey, and other workplace perks designed to make our employees feel like a team that works, plays, and socializes together. ForeSee sponsors a number of employee social events throughout the year and helps to facilitate employee participation in various charitable causes such as the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and The Salvation Army.

ForeSee offers premium medical, dental, and vision benefits beginning on the first day of employment. Several benefit options are available. The company also provides all full-time employees with company-paid basic life insurance, short and long term disability insurance and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) benefits.
