As President and CEO of ForeSee, Larry is responsible for managing the company's strategy and growth. Since the company's founding in 2001, he has overseen significant growth in its client base, revenues and staff. Larry brings more than 20 years experience in senior management and in directing e-commerce and technology initiatives to ForeSee.
An expert on web customer satisfaction, Larry speaks extensively on the topic at private and public sector industry events and has been quoted in numerous publications and media, including CNN, the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, Investor's Business Weekly, Internet Retailer, Multichannel Merchant, DM News, Computerworld, Federal Computer Week and Government Executive, among many others. Larry is the author of a new book on customer satisfaction released in 2011, Managing Forward: How to Move from Measuring the Past to Managing the Future.
Previously, Larry held several senior executive positions at Compuware Corporation, leading a variety
of e-commerce and professional services programs. Most recently, he served as Vice President of
e-Business, where he was responsible for directing the national e-Business practice and for the design, development and implementation of
e-Business strategies for numerous companies.
Before joining Compuware, Larry held various positions including Chief Technology Officer at Bank One (formerly First Chicago NBD and NBD Bank).
Larry is currently on the Board of Directors and the executive committee of the Ann Arbor IT Zone, and previously held leadership positions at ASC X12, a national EDI standards group, and various other industry groups.
Larry holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University.
Jeff Blackman, CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Jeff is responsible for the Finance, Accounting, and Legal departments at ForeSee. This includes establishing strategies, processes, and controls that enable the company to scale. Specifically, Jeff is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, treasury, and taxes, in addition to all legal matters including customer contracts. Jeff was the winner of Crain's CFO of the Year Award in 2009.
Jeff came to ForeSee from ePrize, LLC, the worldwide leader in interactive promotions and loyalty programs, where he was the Chief Financial Officer. Jeff led the company through exponential growth while building the foundational business processes and procedures. Jeff not only led the company's refinancing, but also was responsible for large operational initiatives, such as revamping the pricing policies and compensation plans.
Prior to ePrize, Jeff was the Director of Financial Services at Valassis, the industry leader in promotional inserts. The company grew from $600M to over $1B during his tenure with the company. Jeff handled all aspects of M&A, treasury, tax, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and many other areas. In fact, Jeff led the company's largest M&A and financing transactions in the company's history.
Jeff began his career at Ernst & Young as an auditor in the Detroit office, where he obtained his CPA.
Jeff is also the founder of Detroit's CFO Forum, a monthly forum in which CFOs share best practices.
Jeff received both his MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan.

Cia McCaffrey is a Vice President at ForeSee, where she is responsible for strategically managing the staff of the organization. This involves the development of the current resources and the continued organization structure to support the growth of ForeSee. Her responsibilities include recruiting, human resources, corporate training and office facilities.
In this role, Cia manages a recruiting team that searches for the best talent to contribute to the growth of ForeSee, which has experienced employee growth of at least 25% per year since it was formed. She is responsible for the corporate Human Resource group. This team provides guidance to and development of the employees as well as management. They create policies and procedures to support corporate best practices. Initial and ongoing corporate training is essential to maintain the level of expertise ForeSee offers. Cia oversees the infusion of knowledge to new and existing employees to reach this goal. In addition, she ensures the efficient operations of the 50,000 square foot Ann Arbor office as well as the Vancouver office and focuses on creating a comfortable, productive
employee environment.
Cia has been with ForeSee since its inception. She came to ForeSee with over eight years of managing IT
recruiting and seven years of human resource management experience. She was with Compuware Corporation for over three years before joining ForeSee. In her role there, she managed the Human Resources and Recruiting for the Specialty Practices Division of Compuware, including the e-Business, Product Support and various Professional Services groups.
Cia graduated from Northwood University with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Dave Lewan, Vice President of Public Sector Sales and Sales Operations

Dave Lewan manages the sales organization focused on the public sector, including government departments and agencies, non-profit organizations, and higher education institutions. He leads ForeSee continuing expansion in these markets to help organizations measure and manage satisfaction of their website visitors.
Dave brings more than 20 years of experience with sales, leadership, online strategy, technology, and consulting. Most recently, he served as vice president of product marketing and management at Gevity HR, where he served as the primary leadership and planning force for Gevity's product and solutions strategy.
Dave graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Speech Communications.
Don Morrison, Vice President, Sales

Don Morrison, Vice President Sales, is responsible for continuing ForeSee’s growth. His focus is to leverage ForeSee’s existing multi-national client base, best-in-class methodologies, and research staff into a world wide presence. He is also responsible for managing ForeSee’s continued development of strategic partnerships and channels of distribution.
Don has almost 30 years experience in sales management, consulting, and strategic planning including several international assignments. Prior to ForeSee, he was an executive for GMAC Commercial Finance and Compuware Corporation. Don has also held senior management positions with MascoTech, Inc., Coopers & Lybrand, and Deloitte & Touche.
Don received his MBA degree for Bowling Green State University and BBA degree from Eastern Michigan University.
Glenn Cross, Vice President, Marketing

Glenn is responsible for global marketing strategy, field and event marketing, branding and marketing communications, as well as public and analyst relations at ForeSee. He has over 22 years of experience leading technology companies focused on delivering measurable revenue results from leading the strategy and marketing organizations in North America, EMEA, and APJ markets. Glenn holds a BAA in Communications/Advertising from Central Michigan University.
John Williams, Vice President, Product

As Vice President of Product, John Williams is responsible for the strategic oversight of our existing products, as well as development of new products for the company. John has responsibility for Product Management and Research. The Product Management team defines product direction and drives the development and enhancement of current and new products based upon customer, market and competitive drivers. The Research team assures that all of ForeSee’s capabilities rest on a solid, proven theoretical foundation. The Research team also conducts and publishes syndicated research studies on key industry topics, such as retail, online banking, e-commerce, and social media value.
John has 30 years of experience in Research and Development, Product Line Management, M&A, and Business Management in high-tech industries ranging from telecommunications to digital electronics to mobile to enterprise software. Prior to joining ForeSee, John led the divestiture of a division of Compuware Corporation and the rollup into a larger business unit through a combination with Borland Software. Previous roles include Senior VP, Product Solutions at Compuware, Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories, and Consulting Engineer at John F.X. Browne & Associates.
John graduated with Electrical Engineering and Engineering Mathematics degrees from the University of Michigan and completed post-graduate work in Computer Engineering at Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
Mitchell Cohen, Vice President, Technology

Mitchell Cohen is Vice President of Technology for ForeSee. He has primary responsibility for all corporate technical operations - planning, organizing and directing the company's Information Systems programs and activities. He also provides guidance and counsel on the examination and definition of objectives for existing and proposed systems. Mitchell brings a combination of sophisticated technology and leadership skills to ForeSee.
Prior to joining ForeSee in 2006, Mitchell was Director of Application Architecture and Development for Ciber, Inc., a leading international systems integration consultancy. While at Ciber, he oversaw both domestic and off-shored development activities. He led teams in improvements resulting in the consistent delivery of on-time and on-budget technical solutions and millions of dollars of new business for the company.
Mitchell has also served as the Director of Technology for eePulse, where he led corporate IT strategy, business analysis and technical management activities through the company's start-up phase. Prior to ePulse, Mitchell was a Managing Partner/Director of Software Development for Integral Software Systems, a company he founded.
Mitchell holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Michigan.
Eric Head, Senior Director, Sales

Eric manages the sales team responsible for measurement of stores, contact centers and the SessionReplay product. Eric also plays a key role in the strategic growth of the organization, and was critical in helping ForeSee expand into the European market. He has been with ForeSee since 2001 and brings more than 20 years of experience managing advanced technology products and programs.
Eric has managed key client engagements at ForeSee and frequently speaks at industry conferences on behalf of the organization.
Prior to joining ForeSee, Eric was Director of Automotive Programs for Internet Operations Center,
a leading regional Internet applications service provider. His role at IOC was to bring new Internet and
E-commerce applications and solutions to the Automotive Industry, including a web-based "Dealer E-mail" program for Ford and a web-enabled EDI system.
Eric received a B.S. in Marketing from the Miami University-Oxford and his M.B.A with Distinction from the University of Michigan.
Jeff Dwoskin, Senior Director, Client Services

Jeff Dwoskin serves as Senior Director of Client Services for ForeSee. In his role, he leads a team of research professionals committed to providing the highest level of quality deliverables to the company’s customers. Jeff and his team are focused on ensuring customers realize value from their relationship with ForeSee.
Jeff brings over 16 years of experience in executive management, sales, and process expertise to ForeSee. Prior to joining ForeSee, he was a senior member of the ePrize leadership team where he led internal development teams and project management. Jeff’s career also includes the founding of two successful web-based companies.
Jeff earned a B.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University where he was honored as Alumnus of the
Year in 1997.
Eric Feinberg, Senior Director, Mobile, Media & Entertainment

As Senior Director of Mobile, Media & Entertainment, Eric provides leadership to ForeSee’s mobile solutions as well as solutions related to the media and entertainment industries. He is responsible for working with product, delivery, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that ForeSee continues to bring innovation and operational excellence to its mobile offerings. Since joining ForeSee in 2004, Eric has been contributing to the strategic growth of the organization. He brings 15 years of customer-focused experience to the team, and is a frequent presenter at conferences in the U.S. and UK.
Eric is the Chairman of the Web Analytics Association’s Membership Committee and serves as instructor for various trade groups on the importance and application of attitudinal analytics. Previously, he
has held positions that include web analyst, multichannel strategy consultant, usability specialist and
focus group moderator. His goal is to best understand and motivate multi-channel consumers on behalf of his clients.
Eric is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
